ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS • Existing Accounting Platform maintenance and functional support of the application. • Consultancy and training work (in case of an update, new project...). • Data transfers (checking that the data when moving from one server to another is correct and works correctly). • Test of the functional application. • Technical support of apps developed by third parties’ installation and adaptation of the same when necessary. • Synchronization of the Skål International database with apps developed by third parties e.g., the Skål International World Congress app. • Training of Skål International staff if necessary. • Installation of the pre-production machine. • Tasks related to consultancy design of technological infrastructure networks security. • Support of tasks related to the management of technological incidents affecting Skål International´s technological infrastructure: servers security networks hardware software and its information system. • Propose improvements in the information system as well as in the technological infrastructure.
